We're so sorry, but you've been scammed. The Silent Sleep is aware of patients purchasing our devices from a fraudulent Facebook ad, but there is nothing we can do. The Silent Sleep is not and has never been sold direct to the user. The Facebook ad and company behind it are a scam. Please contact Facebook to let them know of the fraud as well as contact your bank/credit card company to have them reverse the charges. Thank you.
